1. What time does registration open?

Registration is open Sunday 9th March -  9:00 and closes at 11:00am sharp

2. What time does the race start?

2km - 10:45am

10k start at 11:30am

5k start 11:40 am

Times are subject to change and will be confirmed prior to the event via email 

3. Who can enter?

Those under the age of 14 on run day cannot participate in the event in the 5k or 10k event. Participants 14 years of age can run the 5k and 18 years of age and over can run the 10km

Prams and pets are not allowed for health & safety reasons.

4. Where is registration located?

Registration will held in the Crosshaven Community Centre - P43 W968

5. Will there be prizes?

Yes, for both events 1st - 2nd - 3rd Overall and 1st in age categories

5k - 14-18 / Senior / O40 / 050 / O60 / 70+ / wheelie

10k - Senior / O40 / 050 / O60 / 70+ / wheelie

And spot prizes!

6. Is there a bag drop?

Yes, bag drop is located in the village green close to registration.

7. Is the race chip timed?

Yes, results can be found after the race here!  www.sportstiming.ie 

8. Will there be water stations on the course.

Yes, on the 10k course only just after the 5km turn point. 

9. Can I get a refund? 

Refunds will be paid as follow;

Before 31st December -  90%

Up until 31st January 2025 -  75% 

Up until 16th February 2025 - 50%

After 16th consider this a donation to the Youth Club

10. Can I run with headphones?

No, for health and safety reason headphones are not permited

11. Can I transfer my entry?

No, please do not transfer / sell or swap entries for safety reasons

12. What if my entry does not arrive in the post?

If you opted to have your number posted, and it has not arrived prior to the race week, let us know and we will replace it on the day at the information desk!
